The RIVSALT™ collection is designed by Swedish entrepreneur and designer Jens Sandringer. The concept was inspired during a meal at a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant in Beijing, where a master chef grated salt over dishes using a large grater and solid salt rock. This memorable experience sparked a design that reflects both Scandinavian minimalism and a growing appreciation for thoughtful, sensory dining rituals.
